Where is the Galapagos
Because some tour agencies or tour operators create packages that include both Machupichu that is a highly touristic location and Galapagos Islands being at the same or even more attraction in one touristic route, for this reason some people think Galapagos Islands belong to Peru, but the reality is that these islas belong to Ecuador. The islands are located about 1000 Km west from the coasts of Ecuador in the Pacific Ocean, right on the Equator Line just like the capital of Quito-Ecuador that is the only city in the world with a monument set right on the Equator line just 15 Km north from the capital.
